It is International Women’s Day and I’m loving all the female-focused social media that I’m seeing today.

If there is ONE thing I want to urge you to do today, whether you are man or woman, it is to participate in the official International Women’s Day #PledgeForParity. The hashtag was trending earlier today, and while it has now been taken over by both #InternationalWomensDay and #IWD2016, the pledge campaign is still going strong. By making the pledge, you can promise to help girls and women around the world accomplish their goals, challenge typical gender biases or demand gender equality in leadership positions. This is an awareness campaign, so you don’t have to pull out your wallet, but today is the day to spread the word.

In addition to the #PledgeForParity, make sure you thank the wonderful women in your life who invest in you and your goals!
