Ready for flowers, chocolates, cupcakes and lotsa mom love?  You better be, it’s Mother’s Day weekend!

Using apps for gift-giving is all the rage, guys.  You can send flowers through apps, send mom a card in an app, just about everything.  But today, I’m gonna give you a behind-the-scenes introduction to my choice app for this Mother’s Day: ScrapPad.

ScrapPad Photo Journal is a real-time photo journal creator that is equal parts simple and beautiful.  The app just added an entire Mother’s Day edition, complete with a section of backgrounds, images, phrases and tons of options to build your mom a loving and personal memento. In the app, users simply drag, pull, pinch and swipe their way through layouts and options to create the perfect photobook to share with their friends and family.
